✅ Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items damaged by misuse or wear and tear
- Used or washed pet bowls and feeding devices (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned without contacting our support team first
📦 How to Request a Return or Refund
Please contact us at service@tailnoo.com before returning any items.
Include in your email:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We will reply within 2 business days with next steps.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us with photos of the issue to arrange an exchange.
🌍 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping
- If not, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
