At Tailnoo, we want you—and your pet—to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items damaged by misuse or wear and tear
  • Used or washed pet bowls and feeding devices (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned without contacting our support team first

📦 How to Request a Return or Refund

Please contact us at service@tailnoo.com before returning any items.

Include in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will reply within 2 business days with next steps.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us with photos of the issue to arrange an exchange.

🌍 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping
  • If not, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
